How to Make a Gratitude Wreath

Here are 2 ways to create gratitude wreaths. 

Handprint Gratitude Wreath

Supplies:

• Paper plates
• construction paper in different fall colors
• glue
• scissors 
• pencil
• marker

Directions:

• Cut out the inside of a paper plate.
• Trace your child’s hand on several different colored construction pages.  You will probably need about 20 different handprints.
• One each handprint, write what your child is thankful for.
• Have your child cut out the handprints.
• Glue the handprints on the paper plate.
• Be sure to date the project because it will be special for years to come.

Pinecone Wreath

Supplies:

• Grapevine Wreath
• Pinecones
• Glue Gun
• Ribbon
• Paper Tags
• Hole Punch
• Marker

Directions:

• Hot glue gun pinecones to the grapevine wreath. 
• Allow to dry.
• On each tag, write one thing you are thankful for.
• Punch a hole in each tag.
• String the ribbon loosely through the tags.
• Wrap the ribbon with the gratitude tags around the wreath and tie in a bow.
